RecallQ was co-founded in 2026 after we kept hearing the same complaint from practice owners: "We know who's overdue. We just can't get to them."
We spent months talking to practice owners across dental, physio, and optometry. The same story everywhere: the patient data was sitting unused in a perfectly good PMS, revenue quietly leaking out the back door.
Existing tools didn't solve it. US platforms without AU compliance. Generic SMS tools requiring technical setup. Practice management software that tracks recalls but never sends them.
So we built a master platform with sub-brands. A dental recall isn't a physio review isn't an optometry check. The language, timing, and context all differ. One engine, three voices.
